In Phase II,  students complete activities to better understand problems and locate needs associated with their topic. They'll explore topics on the Internet, conduct flash talks with friends and family, complete library research and gather solid evidence to challenge their assumptions and support claims they want to make about the problem and the needs of those who could benefit from what they will propose.
